This small infrared remote is an inexpensive way to control things from across the room! It features number inputs, direction controls, and a few other buttons that are generic enough to use across a wide variety of projects.
The remote uses a standard 38KHz NEC code output using a 940nm infrared LED. This signal can be received with a 38KHz IR remote receiver in your project to make a simple control interface. Includes a battery – just pull the plastic shipping tab out to use!
