Description
Ethernet cable is one of the cheapest and most commonly used cables out there. The trouble is, when using this cable for anything other than networking, the RJ45 connectors on each end are quite hard to work with. The narrow pins are very hard to make contact with on their own and the mating connectors are not breadboard compatible. This RJ45 breakout solves the problem! The simple board breaks out all 8 conductors to a breadboard compatible header.
Each breakout board ships with the RJ45 connector soldered in place and a small chunk of breakaway header that can be soldered on if desired.
