Description
This basic white LED is not too bright, and ideal for prototyping and experimenting on a breadboard. The LED is a 5mm / T1 3/4 and has a transparent finish. To use this LED you will need a current limiting resistor; this will vary depending on your input voltage. Typically with a 5V supply we recommend a 100 ohm resistor for a single LED.
These fit our Metal 5mm LED Holders best – our Plastic 5mm LED Holders fit, but due to a slight difference in diameter, these would require a little adhesive to keep them in place.
