5.5 x 2.1mm DC barrel plugs are one of the most popular connectors used on consumer electronics. These connectors are specifically used in low voltage situations. This half of the connector is typically use on the “power supply side” and can be used to adapt existing power supplies or battery packs to use this standard.
The connector fits any standard 5.5 x 2.1mm DC barrel jack and breaks it out to a labeled set of screw terminals. We also have the mating connector with this screw terminal breakout.
Please Note: This adapter uses the standard “Center Pin Positive” logic when labeling the pins. Always double check your connections before powering up!
