Version two of the popular Raspberry Pi Touch Display is here. This 7″ screen has an active area of 155 x 88mm and features true multi-touch capacitive technology. It is ideal for building DIY tablets, entertainment systems, dashboards, and interactive control panels. The 1280 x 720 display is treated with an anti-glare surface treatment and backlit with a high quality LED backlight.
Touchscreen drivers for this display are integrated within the standard Raspberry Pi OS and include support for five-finger touch and an on-screen keyboard. No need to install anything – just plug it in and start it up!
Only two connections are required to get this running with your Raspberry Pi: Power from the GPIO header and the easy to install ribbon cable to the DSI port on the Raspberry Pi. The display is compatible with the Raspberry Pi A, B, B+, 2, 3, 3+, 4, and all versions of the Pi 5.
