Description
These 12 pin female connectors are often used with male breakaway headers to stack circuit boards while keeping them easily removable. The connector has 0.100” / 2.54mm pitch pins and is designed to be through hole soldered. The headers extend 8.5mm above the surface of the PCB and have 3mm length male pins for easy soldering.
The headers can also be used for microcontrollers that do not ship with stacking headers like the Adafruit Feather series of microcontrollers.
