DC motors come in all sorts of shapes, sizes, voltages, etc. This motor is classified as a “395 Motor” and works with 6 – 12VDC. This motor features a relatively slow rotational speed and makes for a decent basis for a windmill generator. The shaft diameter is 2mm and works well with many of the gears in our assorted gear sets, most propellers, and other accessories we carry.
