Description
This is an adjustable step-down regulator takes an input voltage of 4-35VDC and will decrease it necessary to produce the desired voltage between 1.5-30V. This is a switching regulator (also called a switched-mode power supply (SMPS) or DC-to-DC converter) Typical efficiency is between 80% and 92%. The available output current is a function of the input voltage, output voltage, and efficiency and will be around 3A when the input voltage is close to the output voltage.
Please Note: The input voltage is required to be 1.5V greater than the selected output voltage.
