Description
This adjustable step-up regulator takes an input voltage of 2-24VDC and will increase it as necessary to produce the desired voltage between 5-28V. This is a switching regulator (also called a switched-mode power supply (SMPS) or DC-to-DC converter) Typical efficiency is between 80% and 93%. The available output current is a function of the input voltage, output voltage, and efficiency and will be around 2A when the input voltage is close to the output voltage.
Please Note: The input voltage is required to be a minimum of 3V less than the selected output voltage.
