Crimp connectors are a large category of electrical connectors used at the end of wire or cables. These heat shrink protected crimp connectors are perfect for use in situations where a durable, water-resistant solution is required.
The 250-piece kit is divided into three different color-coded sizes. Yellow for large 10 – 12AWG wire, Blue for mid-sized 14 – 16AWG wire, and Pink for small 16 – 22AWG wire. Within each color coded size, there are 8 different types of connector including butt connectors, spade terminals, ring terminals, and fork terminals.
To use these connectors, simply crimp the connector onto the wire. Once it is securely attached, use a heat gun to shrink the protective cover down. The cover will tightly wrap the connector and wire to provide a water and dust-resistant connection.
