Description
Heat sink thermal tape is an easy way to create a strong thermal bond between an IC and a heat sink. This tape is far less messy than thermal glue or paste and will always create a nice even bond with any heat sink. This sheet is 35 x 35mm and can be cut to fit any shape or size. The sheet has adhesive on both sides and works with copper and aluminum heatsinks.
