Description
This small solenoid is ideally suited for a door or cabinet lock. The metal slug is sprung and forced outwards when the solenoid is off and requires power to slide in. The slug itself has a sloped face, allowing doors to close and lock, but not open without powering the solenoid.
The solenoid has 115mm / 4.5” wires terminated with a JST-PH connector. Keep in mind: This will require a fairly decent 9 – 12VDC power supply as this solenoid will draw up to 350mA.
