When using a Raspberry Pi HAT, supporting the opposite side from the header is key to preventing short circuits and damage to the HAT as well as the Raspberry Pi itself. This set of HAT hardware gives your HAT support with a between board height of 9.5mm / 3/8”. Included are two nylon 4/40 nuts, two 4/40 x 3/8″ nylon standoffs, and two 4/40 x 1/4″ screws.
