Description
The TIP32C is a standard PNP bipolar transistor in a TO-220 package. The transistor is the PNP equivalent of a TIP31C and is ideally suited to medium power switching applications.
These specific TIP32Cs can handle a peak current of 3A and can switch voltages of up to 100V DC. The 3A rating is dependent on heat dissipation so the higher the voltage, the lower the maximum current will be. A TO220 Heatsink can be attached to improve heat dissipation.
