These RGB (Red, Green, Blue) LEDs are quite fun to use. Since they have individual Red, Green, and Blue LEDs built in to one housing they can be mixed using a PWM signal to form just about any color. This specific model is a Common Anode LED meaning all 3 channels receive power from a common source and their grounds are individually switched.
